full 3G or wi-fi internet access

free space memory

make sure you have at least 80 battery level
What to do
1 click on main menu button .
2 scroll and open settings.
3.scroll down down to about phone then click on it.
4 click on system updates.
5 check now for the new android version and make sure you still have free space memory on your phone."
6.wait until the updating is done and your phone will automatically reboot
7 then the phone will ON so now your phone version as been update then go back to about phone to check your android version
